AI implementation, end to end

Grow your business past the people running it.

Tell us what is stopping you from scaling up. We find the bottleneck, then automate it end to end — AI on its own where the work is repetitive, AI alongside your team where judgement matters.

Built around how your business actually works.

The bottleneck

What’s stopping your business from scaling?

It is usually one thing, and rarely the one people expect. An order that needs a person at every step. A quote that takes three days because it is waiting on someone. Numbers that live in four places and agree in none of them.

Whatever it is, it has a shape. Once you can see the shape you can decide what a machine should take over outright, what it should only help with, and what should stay exactly as it is. That is the first conversation, and it costs nothing.

You don’t want a smaller team. You want to serve more customers with the one you have.

Where the work actually is

How we find the bottleneck and take it off you.

It cannot see the paper job sheet, the message thread where shifts get swapped, or the supplier PDF someone retypes every Tuesday. That is where the work holding you back actually lives, and that is where we start.

So we go into the operating process itself. Four steps, in this order, every time. None of them starts with choosing a tool.

  1. 01

    Find it

We sit with the job as it actually runs, including the parts that never touch a screen — the paper, the messages, the thing one person just knows. The bottleneck is almost never where the org chart says it is, and it is usually smaller and more specific than anyone expects.

  2. 02

    Decide what AI should touch

Some of it a machine should own outright. Some of it a machine should only prepare, with a person deciding. Some of it should stay exactly as it is, and we will say so. You get that split in writing, with what each piece is worth, before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build it into the business

In your accounts, on your systems, connected to the tools you already pay for. We ship the smallest useful piece first so something is running on your real data early, then widen it — rather than disappearing for months and arriving with a reveal.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

Source, credentials and plain-language documentation, all in your name. It alerts you rather than failing quietly, and it keeps running whether or not you speak to us again. Then we look at what the next constraint has become.

What we do

Four ways in.

01

Digital starter plan

Website, logo and branding, done properly once.

  • Website
  • Logo + branding
  • Yours to edit
02

Custom AI solutions

A system built around your operation, not around a template.

  • Built for one business
  • Runs in your accounts
  • Source handed over
03

AI workflow automation

One process that eats your week, taken off your hands end to end.

  • End to end
  • A person still checks
  • Yours outright
04

AI implementation strategy

Where AI pays off in your business, and where it plainly does not.

  • We watch the work
  • Written findings
  • No lock-in
Who we have worked with

Businesses we have built for.

Every one of these is in production, and every one is checkable.

We also work alongside accountants, bookkeepers and agencies, who bring us in on the parts they do not build.

Straight answers

The questions that actually stop people.

All ten questions
How do we know if we even have an AI problem?
You probably don’t, and that’s fine. What you likely have is a growth problem with a person in the middle of it — if taking on more customers means someone doing more of something by hand, that is the conversation.
Why start with a website and branding at all?
Because it is the first thing anyone checks. Before a customer calls, they look you up — and a thin or dated presence quietly costs you enquiries you never hear about. It is also the cheapest credibility you will ever buy.
What can you actually build for us?
Anything repetitive, rule-shaped, or currently done by re-typing. Quotes and invoices, order intake, stock and pricing, customer replies, reporting. If a person is the bottleneck rather than the judgement, it is a candidate.
Where does our data go?
Wherever the project allows, it stays in your own systems and accounts, and we do not touch it. Where a step genuinely needs an outside service, we will tell you exactly which one and what it sees before anything is agreed — we would rather be transparent than make promises about other people’s software.

What’s stopping your business from growing?

No pitch deck, no pressure. Describe the bottleneck — the thing that has to happen before anything else can, or the job that eats a person’s week — and we’ll come back with whether it’s worth building, including when the answer is no.

  • A reply from a person within two working days.
  • An honest answer on whether it’s worth doing at all.
  • No sales sequence, and no adding you to a list.
