Everything people ask before they email.
If yours isn’t here, ask it directly — it’ll reach a person, not a queue.
Where to start
You probably don’t, and that’s fine. What you likely have is a growth problem with a person in the middle of it — if taking on more customers means someone doing more of something by hand, that is the conversation.
No — it’s the norm here. You know your process better than any consultant will, and that’s the part nobody can outsource. We handle the rest and explain it in plain language.
Twenty minutes, no slides. You describe what your business cannot do more of, we ask how it currently gets done, and we tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can’t, we usually know who can.
Size isn’t the test. The test is whether growing means doing more of something by hand. If it does, that thing is your ceiling, and ceilings are worth removing at any size.
Website, logo and branding
Because it is the first thing anyone checks. Before a customer calls, they look you up — and a thin or dated presence quietly costs you enquiries you never hear about. It is also the cheapest credibility you will ever buy.
Often not. If it loads quickly, works on a phone and says what you do, keep it — we would rather spend your budget on the bottleneck behind it than on a redesign nobody asked for.
You do, outright. Domain, hosting, accounts and source are registered in your name and editable by you. No agency holding your domain, and nothing you cannot take elsewhere.
The work itself
Anything repetitive, rule-shaped, or currently done by re-typing. Quotes and invoices, order intake, stock and pricing, customer replies, reporting. If a person is the bottleneck rather than the judgement, it is a candidate.
Both, and we tell you which is which. Where the work is repetitive a system can own it outright; where judgement matters it prepares the work and a person decides. Automating a judgement call is how businesses get burnt.
Wherever the project allows, it stays in your own systems and accounts, and we do not touch it. Where a step genuinely needs an outside service, we will tell you exactly which one and what it sees before anything is agreed — we would rather be transparent than make promises about other people’s software.
Still got a question?
Ask it directly — it reaches a person, not a queue, and you’ll hear back within two working days.
