Privacy policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
This notice explains how InSearchLabs Ltd handles personal information collected through this website — principally the enquiries you send us via our contact form. We keep it short and specific on purpose.
Who we are
InSearchLabs Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17184121), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. For anything in this notice, contact us at privacy@insearchlabs.co.uk. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide, along with the optional company name, enquiry type, service you select. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that measure aggregate site usage — this does not identify you personally and sets no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use the details you send solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any conversation that results. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us; you provide the information voluntarily when you choose to get in touch.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you send us only for as long as we reasonably need it to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf: our email provider (Resend) delivers your message to us, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) runs the site and keeps operational logs. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate legal safeguards.
Spam protection
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from an automated script. It checks the request itself rather than setting a tracking cookie or asking you to identify traffic lights, and for almost everyone it runs without being seen. It is there so the form stays open to you without being open to bulk submission.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless — so this site does not show a cookie consent banner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@insearchlabs.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
